Microsoft Outlook Express can now import from Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Windows Messaging, and many others. Microsoft Outlook Express uses the same format that Microsoft Internet Mail did, so you can then use this tool after that initial conversion.

I changed m2e so that it converts IE4 mail to Communicator format. The
Communicator needs a special line in the header of every mail.
